Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours notice, as a courtesy, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please understand that this is our income and how we provide for our families. Reasonable notice gives us ample time to offer your appointment slot to someone else reducing our downtime and loss.

Late Arrival Policy

Kay Fontana or Healing Our Grieving Hearts will make reasonable accommodations for late arrivals (ie: providing as much as we can for the session within the time remaining) as we understand things happen. If your session happens to be shortened due to a late arrival, the cost of the session remains the same and will not be discounted to match time spent. We schedule buffer time between sessions that allows for leeway. If we feel your late arrival will not permit the session to go on as planned, we must cancel your session to keep on schedule for others that have appointments following yours. If your session is cancelled due to a late arrival that does not permit seeing you, the time will be forfeited and no makeup will be added to your program.

Refunds

Refunds are only given if Kay Fontana is unable to meet your scheduled session. In the event that Kay Fontana is ill or experiencing an emergency and must cancel your session, you will be given the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

*Kay Fontana and HealingOurGrievingHearts.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Kay Fontana. 

*You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Kay Fontana and HealingOurGrievingHearts.com, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
